Keep play fair. Do not interfere with platform operations, bypass access controls, exploit errors, disrupt other players, or use the services in violation of applicable law.

Hosting and service commitments
Hosted games depend on networks, maintenance, and systems outside any single session. Here is how we handle service changes.
- Availability
- We work to keep hosted services available, but continuous access is not guaranteed. Network conditions, equipment faults, or events beyond our reasonable control can interrupt play.
- Maintenance
- We may update, repair, or pause a service to maintain its operation or security. When practical, we will give notice before planned work.
- Service changes
- Features may change as games and platforms are maintained. If a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide information where required by law or the applicable service terms.
- Player data
- Keep copies of any content or records you need outside the platform. The handling of personal information is described in the applicable privacy notice.

Game content and intellectual property
Game worlds take work to make. Rights stay with the people or organizations that own them.
Our games and materials
Unless a page or separate agreement says otherwise, CSFloat or its licensors own the games, software, artwork, audio, characters, names, and other materials provided through the services. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Your permission to play
While you follow these terms, we allow you to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial play. This permission is limited, revocable, and does not allow you to copy, sell, modify, or distribute game materials except where the law or a separate written agreement permits it.
Content you submit
You keep any rights you hold in content you submit. You give us permission to host, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the relevant features, moderate activity, and protect the services. You must have the rights needed to submit it.
Feedback
If you send us a suggestion, we may use it to improve our services without owing you payment or attribution, to the extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability and termination
You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend access when these terms, safety, or the law require action.
Ending access
You may stop using a service and, where account controls allow, close your account. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason.

To the extent the law permits, CSFloat is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
